The first step when you're considering dental implants is to have a free consultation appointment with us to discuss your needs. This appointment is important for us to understand your expectations and to explain the implant placement and restoration procedures. During this appointment we will take any required imaging. We will also answer any questions you may have and work out a treatment plan and schedule that will work for you.
Cone Beam CT Scan
During your consultation appointment, we will take a 3D cone beam scan to insure there is sufficient bone available for implant placement. We also use this scan to fabricate our 3D printed surgical guides for use during the implant placement surgery. This scan is important for implant placement planning as we can see and plan our placement around your anatomy (sinuses, nerves, etc.).
3D Guided Surgery
In many cases, we will use a 3D printed surgical guide to assist in precision placement of your implants during surgery. The guide is based off of the 3D cone beam CT scan and an impression of your existing teeth and allows us to acurately place your implant in 3 dimensional space.
We offer all types of implant restorations including: single crowns, implant supported bridges and implant supported dentures. Even if you had your implants placed elsewhere, we can place the final restoration. Give us a call if you have any questions!
